Who is responsible

What this website collects
- Cookies and tracking. None. I use no cookies, browser storage, analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or advertising or social-media scripts, and the site has no forms.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes request logs on my behalf: technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. I don’t use this data to identify or profile visitors.
- Third parties. Every file on this site, including fonts and images, is served from this website. Your browser contacts no other service unless you follow a link.
- Links. Links to ISO, NIST, OWASP, ARCA and other websites lead to sites with their own privacy notices.
When you email me or talk to me
- What I receive: your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write or tell me.
- Why: to reply, to arrange a call and, if we work together, to prepare and manage that work.
- Where it is kept: my email runs on Google Workspace, which processes messages on my behalf.
- Calls: I hold calls on Google Meet, part of Google Workspace, unless you prefer another tool. I don’t record calls.
- How long: as long as I need to respond and to keep ordinary business records. Then I delete it.
- What I don’t do: add you to mailing lists, sell your data, or share it with anyone for their marketing.
- Please don’t send confidential information until we have signed an NDA.
Legal bases
Under Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 25.326), I process your emails and call notes with the consent you give by writing to me and, if we work together, because they are needed for that professional relationship.
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation or a similar law applies, I process hosting data on the basis of my legitimate interest in running and securing the website. I process your emails and call notes on the basis of my legitimate interest in replying to you. Where you ask about working with me, or we work together, I process them to take steps you ask for before a contract and to carry out that contract. I keep business records where the law requires me to.
International transfers
Vercel and Google may process data in countries other than yours, including outside Argentina. Where the law requires it, they rely on recognized safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, described in their own terms.
Your rights
Under Ley 25.326 you can ask for access to your personal data free of charge at intervals of six months or more (sooner if you show a legitimate interest), and have it corrected, updated or deleted. I answer access requests within 10 calendar days and correction or deletion requests within 5 business days.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict the use of your data and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@diegobianqui.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública:
LA AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA, en su carácter de Órgano de Control de la Ley N° 25.326, tiene la atribución de atender las denuncias y reclamos que interpongan quienes resulten afectados en sus derechos por incumplimiento de las normas vigentes en materia de protección de datos personales.
Changes
If I change how this site handles data, for example by adding analytics, I will update this notice and its date first.
