Full journey

A customer writes in Halden's chat: refund a duplicate charge and order a tent footprint. AG-UI carries the chat to the orchestrator (LangChain). The orchestrator delegates over A2A: the support specialist uses the helpdesk's MCP tools, the shopping specialist checks out with Halden's store over UCP and pays with AP2 mandates. Each approval goes up as MCP input_required, A2A INPUT_REQUIRED and an AG-UI interrupt to the customer's phone, and the answer comes back down the same way; for the payment, the phone signs the mandates itself. Real: the official AG-UI, A2A and MCP SDKs, ES256 signatures and SD-JWT mandates, every check. Simulated: the hosts, the catalog, the settlement and, unless you connect a model, the agents' decisions; key and profile fetches are not drawn. Turn on Intercept to tamper at any seam.
