How to read the sky
- Orchestrator: the thread's root graph. Grows brighter with tokens used.
- Specialist: a subgraph (Researcher, Financial Analyst…), linked to the graph that sent it work
- You

- Comet: a message, hand-off, tool call or result in flight. Red means a tool failed.
- Ring: a LangChain callback fired at that star (chain, tool or model run)

Starting LangGraph
The graphs load and start in a moment. Each thread is a constellation: its orchestrator, the specialist subgraphs it sends work to and the tools they call.
LangGraph.js runs in your browser with a scripted model: no model API is called and no data leaves your device. You can switch the agents to a model on your GPU or to your own API key. Prompts and results are never shown.
LangGraph and LangSmith are products of LangChain. This lab is an independent experiment.
